This website is operated by The Patrick School Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit private school in Princeton Junction, New Jersey. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

1Using this site

You may read this site, print pages from it, and use its forms for their intended purpose: learning about the school, applying, contacting us, sending documents, and making a gift.

Please do not:

• submit false information, or apply on behalf of a student without the authority to do so,
• attempt to gain access to any part of the site or its systems you were not given access to,
• scrape, copy or republish the site's content or photographs for another organization's use,
• upload anything harmful, unlawful, or containing malware, or
• use the site's forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.

2Accuracy of information

We work to keep this site accurate and current, and some of it changes during the year. Calendars, schedules, rosters, staff listings, tuition figures, program details and deadlines can change, and pages may be out of date between updates.

3Applications and enrollment

• An application must be completed and submitted by a parent or legal guardian, and the information in it must be true and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• Submitting an application is not an offer of admission and does not reserve a place. Admission follows the school's own process, which includes an interview of all prospective students.
• Enrollment is confirmed only by a signed enrollment or tuition agreement issued by the school.
• The school may decline an application, and may withdraw an offer or an enrollment if information provided was materially inaccurate or incomplete.
• Places are limited and, for some programs, filled in the order applications are received. Applying early is sensible, but it is not a guarantee.
• We aim to acknowledge submissions within one business day. If you do not hear from us, assume the message did not arrive and call (800) 354-6073.

4Tuition, fees and payments

Tuition amounts, fees, deposits, payment plans, financial assistance and refund terms are set out in the enrollment and tuition agreements the school issues, not on this site. Any tuition figure shown here is indicative and may change. Deposits and fees are non-refundable except where the school's tuition agreement or the law says otherwise.

If you are ever directed from this site to a third party to make a payment, that payment is governed by that provider's terms as well as the school's agreement with you.

5Gifts and donations

• The Patrick School Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, EIN 38-3872828. Gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We are not able to give you tax advice; please speak to your own adviser.
• The gift form on this site does not charge anything. It tells us what you intend to give so the school can contact you and complete it. Nothing is charged until you arrange it with the school directly.
• We issue an acknowledgment for gifts we receive. If you have not received one, please tell us.
• Gifts are used for the purpose you designate where that is practical. If a designated fund is fully subscribed or no longer exists, we will contact you before applying your gift elsewhere.
• If you make a gift in error or a gift is duplicated, contact us and we will work with you to correct it.
• Please do not send card numbers by email or through any form on this site.

6What you send us

You keep ownership of the documents and information you send us. By submitting them, you give the school permission to use them for the purpose you sent them for: reviewing an application, answering your question, processing a gift, or adding to a student's file. We handle them as described in our Privacy Policy.

Please only upload documents you have the right to share, and please do not send us medical records, government identification numbers, or payment details through this website.

7Content and trademarks

The text, design, photographs, logos and marks on this site belong to The Patrick School or to the people who licensed them to us. The Patrick School name, the Patricians name, and the school's marks may not be used without written permission. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. Photographs of students may not be reproduced or used by anyone else.

8Other companies' services

Some things on this site are provided by other companies: form delivery, embedded video, and the map on the Contact page. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement, and we do not control what those sites publish or how they handle your information.

9Disclaimers

This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will always be available, that it will be free of errors, or that any file you download will be free of harmful components. We do our best on all three.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, The Patrick School and its trustees, employees and service providers are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, from a delay or failure in the site's delivery of a submission, or from your reliance on information published here that later changed. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. This section is about the website; it does not affect the school's obligations to enrolled students and their families under their enrollment agreements.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of the page tells you when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
